Greek digiGov & Public Services Digital Innovation Hub
Welcome to GR digiGOV-innoHUB, the Innovation Hub for Digital Governance and Digital Public Services Acceleration.
The GR digiGOV-innoHUB will augment the development of new generation of Public Services for the Central Administration, the Local Governments, and the productive sectors of the economy, utilizing advanced Digital Technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, mobile Internet, Cloud & High Performance Computing (HPC), etc.) and entrepreneurial actors, facilitating the growth of an innovation ecosystem for the development of e-government as an open platform.
All pilot projects of GR digiGOV-innoHUB will be implemented using open standards and open source and the source code of the projects with all the documentation will be available with the open-source license European Union Public License(EUPL) in Joinup.
The Services
The digiGOV-innoHUB will offer an essential assortment of services, the core of which are summarized as follows: Test before invest: DigiGOV lab, an experimentation and testing environment
The Actors
The partnership is led by GRNET – National Infrastructures for Research and Technology, which holds a key role as R&D advisor and executive arm of the Ministry

The Hub has the following main objectives: To support the development of a new generation of Public services to citizens and businesses, with knowledge, resources and infrastructure.

As the development of the new generation of public services utilizing advanced digital technologies is of utmost importance for the future of Europe, eight European Digital Innovation Hub coordinators, from seven EU member states, agreed to form an international corridor for the facilitation of cooperation and synergies between the actors of the ecosystem.
The main objectives of the corridor are:
● To facilitate cooperation between SMEs and the public sector
● Intraregional interoperability of services
● Exchange of best practices and knowledge
● Sharing and common access to partners’ recourses and advanced infrastructures
Participation in this corridor is open to all EDIHs, public institutions and other interested parties sharing the same goals and vision.
